- One line: unique thing about team/product/stage
- One line: 90-day measurable outcome
- One line: differentiation from similar postings
### 3. What you'll do (≤ 120 words, bullets)
- Verb-led, ≤ 20 words each
- "Lead", "design", "ship" — not "participate", "assist"
- Concrete examples ("serve 50+ internal teams in year 1")
### 4. Who you are (≤ 80 words, bullets)
- Not "3+ years"/"BS+" gating (push that to closing)
- 3-4 real important skills/experiences/mindsets
- 1 bonus criterion for differentiation
### 5. The team (≤ 60 words)
- Your manager (one-line background)
- Team composition
- Real working style (async-heavy / meeting-heavy / OT culture)

- "You", not "candidates"
- Occasional first-person ("we", "I as the recruiter")
- Honest about pros/cons
- No corporate jargon

Grab the hiring manager's internal JD and read it once yourself. Mark the line where you'd close the tab — that's your problem area.

Spend 15 minutes aligning with the hiring manager on three things: target candidate profile, the concrete 90-day outcome, and any non-public draws. Without alignment, the rewrite is fiction.

Fill in the placeholders and run the prompt.

On the first draft, edit three things: rewrite the hook title in your actual voice, make Section 5 honest about working style (async/meeting-heavy/OT reality), and add your personal LinkedIn or Calendly so candidates can ask questions.
