## Structure (150-300 words)

### Hook (1 sentence)
Counterintuitive judgment. Not "today I made a decision".
e.g. "We killed a 3-month-old feature this week; DAU went up 12%."

### Decision process (60-100 words)
- The pre-decision hypothesis
- How data/users challenged it
- Actual outcome (relative numbers OK, e.g. "+12%")

### Insight (30-60 words)
- 1 general PM method you took away
- Operable, not abstract. Not "user first", but "features 3 months old below X% usage are default-killable, not default-savable".

### Engagement hook (20-30 words)
Specific question for the reader, not "what do you think?":
"How many 3-month-stagnant features are you guys still nursing?"

## Platform tone
- LinkedIn: slightly professional, PM jargon OK
- Jike: conversational, emoji OK, self-deprecation = authentic
- Twitter: snappy, each line ≤ 1 visual line
- Zhihu: slightly longer, more expert tone
