## Subject (≤ 18 chars)
Recognizable in a busy inbox in 1 second:
- NO "Collaboration invitation" / "Business inquiry" clichés
- Pattern: [their specific content] + [the most valuable thing I offer]
- e.g. "Saw your headphone review — 14-day exclusive on our next"

## Para 1: Ice-breaker (≤ 50 words)
Not "long admired your work". Cite the specific observation + your reaction. Prove this isn't a blast.

## Para 2: Why them (≤ 50 words)
Specific match (audience overlap / brand tone / similar previous brand they covered). No vague praise.

## Para 3: Concrete proposal (≤ 80 words, bullets)

- Time window

## Para 4: Easy reply (≤ 30 words)
Not "interested?" — "Wednesday 2pm 15-min call?" or "I'll send the brief PDF — what's the best email?"

- Mass-email feel

- Long brand bio (they don't care)
- Over 250 words
