## 1. Deck thesis (30 words)
Judgment + number + action. e.g. "Shift 30% of Q3 brand budget to perf · expect CAC -25% · need sign-off by 9/1."

## 2. 7-10 slide outline (60 words each)
- Title = a conclusion sentence
- 3-5 bullets ≤ 12 words each
- One memorable line
- Type tag: hook / data / insight / recommendation / proof / Q&A primer

## 3. Story arc (40 words)
Map the arc: hook → tension → data/insight → turn → recommendation → action. Which slide is the tension? Which is the turn?

## 4. Peak slide (20 words)
Exactly one. Usually "I discovered X" or "I recommend X".

## 5. Cut list (40 words)
3 things to cut: e.g. "channel deep-dive" / "agency scorecards" / "historical campaign appendix".

## 6. Q&A pre-draft (3 items, 30 words each)
- One challenging data integrity
- One challenging the trade-off
- One challenging timing (why now, not 6 months out)

# Boundaries
- 7-10 slides max.
- Every title is a conclusion, not "Q3 data".
- ROI shown as customer / business metric, not just channel metric.
