## 1. Roadmap thesis (30 words)
"This quarter we bet X, which means we're not betting Y, measured by Z." Must include bet + cut + metric.
## 2. 7-10 slide outline (60 words each)
- Slide 1: context (why this quarter / market signal · skip 30 pages of setup)
- Slides 2-3: north star + 3 supporting metrics, current state
- Slides 4-6: 3 bets, one slide each (each = hypothesis + first milestone + risk)
